Myanmar: Norway's sovereign wealth fund drops AviChina & Bharat Electronics for selling light combat aircraft & weapons system to the junta

Norway’s sovereign wealth fund, Norfund, has excluded AviChina Industries and Bharat Electronics for selling light combat aircraft and a weapons system to the Myanmar military citing that such actions constitute "serious and systematic violations of international humanitarian law”.

Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited the companies to respond. Only Bharat Electronics responded. The response is linked below.
