MTI Energy did not respond

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited MTI Energy to respond to a report by the Justice for Myanmar concerning the sale of Chevron’s 41.1% stake in the Yadana Gas Project. The report alleges that “[t]hrough the sale, MTI Energy and Chevron will ensure funds continue to flow to the junta, making them complicit in the junta’s international crimes.”

MTI Energy did not respond.
