...we do not use biometric technologies like the StrongArm device to measure productivity. In fact, we believe that THE key factor for our employees’ productiveness is their health. Improving safety and health at work is the sole reason why we currently use the StrongArm device. At GEODIS, this technology is not and will not be connected to productivity measurement applications. We are concluding a test at a few locations across the USA only, with voluntary employees, exclusively to measure risk factors that could contribute to employee injuries and to reduce them....
