Brink's to pay $30,000 to Peoria area woman for failure to accommodate religious beliefs [USA]
Judge Michael M. Mihm of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois has entered a Consent Decree resolving a religious discrimination suit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") against Brink's, Inc., a Division of Pittston Co., Inc. under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
