모든 태그 보기
Governments and welfare organisations can't tackle [child poverty] alone...By creating work, companies enable to gain confidence, offer them abilities to develop their talents and helpthem to create a better future for their children. Companies can also learn from welfare organisations on their attitudes, values and the way these are incorporated in fair business practices. And thirdly, ethical considerations in dealing with poor children as consumers have a big impact in poverty-reduction. Honest marketing, providing access to basic services and awareness-raising of consumers reduce social exclusion. KAURI, UNGC and UNICEF organise an afternoon session to inspire participants on smart collaboration opportunities between businesses and social sector to make child poverty history. [Includes sessions on strategic implementation of UN Children's Rights & Business Principles]
