This conference will bring together top scholars from around the world who are working to map the doctrinal and strategic intersections of intellectual property and human rights, including on such issues as the right to health and access to patented medications, the right to free expression and enforcement of copyright on the internet, and the rights to benefit from culture and scientific progress in the face of the globalization of laws defining such products as property.
