Japan: Casio adopts human rights policy

[from Casio website] Casio Computer Co., Ltd. has established the Casio Group Policy on Human Rights effective July 1, 2014.  In 2013, Casio revised the Casio Group Code of Conduct in order to accommodate rising expectations from international society for corporate activities to incorporate the philosophy of respect for human rights. As part of this effort, Casio stepped up its human rights initiatives and included a new provision that clearly states its support and respect for international norms on human rights as stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
