Another complaint [Sarik] Cibo [Head of the Esnaf Derneği (Tradesmen Association)] has is the lack of positive discrimination on the part of the Turkish investors vis-à-vis Kosovar Turks...The Turkish community is not favored over the Albanians. On the contrary, all the businessmen from Turkey doing business in Kosovo prefer Albanians, said Cibo, who claimed most Turkish businessmen trading with Kosovo have Albanian partners.
