Tacoma forced to exempt little businesses from discrimination law [USA]

Seven months after voters overwhelmingly ratified Tacoma's tough antidiscrimination ordinance, a few words in a recent judge's note will force the City Council on Tuesday to exempt ultrasmall businesses from the law, just as state law does.
