Unocal must face trial in Myanmar human rights suit

Oil giant Unocal Corp. must stand trial in a lawsuit by villagers in Myanmar who were allegedly subjected to forced labor, rape and murder by that country's military during construction of a gas pipeline, a federal appeals court ruled on Wednesday
