Corporate Partnerships Manager at Unicef UK
Right now, children are in danger. They face violence, disease, hunger, and the chaos of war and disaster. This is wrong and it has to change. Unicef already ensures more of the world’s children are fed, vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws, policies and customs to help protect children than anyone else in history. Unicef UK raises money and campaigns to change children’s lives – doing whatever it takes until every child is safe.
Unicef UK’s Corporate Partnerships team aims to increase support from the commercial sector, and has been extremely successful with significant long-term partnerships with companies including Manchester United, M&S, Barclays and FTSE among others. We are taking a more integrated approach to engaging with businesses, in line with Unicef’s global strategic framework on corporate social responsibility (CSR), thereby ensuring that children remain at the very heart of the way businesses conduct their operations.
We have an opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our sector-leading team, providing account and relationship management for one of Unicef UK’s flagship corporate partnerships in the retail sector. As the key driver for this partnership, you will be responsible for building relationships and identifying and maximising fundraising and CSR opportunities.
A solid track record of managing and growing major corporate accounts (including strategic planning and monitoring budgets) will be vital to your success. You will have demonstrable experience in and knowledge of CSR, ideally within the retail sector. Along with confidence and credibility, you will have the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest levels.
