At WBA we seek to generate a movement around increasing the private sector’s impact towards a sustainable future for all. The private sector has a crucial role to play in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), but to boost companies’ motivation, there needs to be real change in the way that their impact is measured. That’s why we develop benchmarks that will compare companies’ performance on the SDGs. We are about to publish the third iteration of the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB) and are looking for a new team member who can manage the 2020 CHRB research process in a smooth way. She or he will be at the heart of the assessment process, liaising directly with the research provider and engaging with benchmarked companies throughout the process. As the CRHB continues to track corporate human rights performance year on year and expands the scope of companies and sectors assessed, this is an exciting moment for a colleague to join, who likes to learn whilst doing in an impact-driven team.
